Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at HVAC Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing a proactive and reactive maintenance service to our clients' operational assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, covering electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
  • Carry out modifications and installations as required, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to current legal standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with contractors and external suppliers, communicating technical issues effectively.
  • Maximize equipment availability through continuous improvement, optimizing performance, and reducing costs.
  • Maintain equipment, using sound diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and raise issues to the shift supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Repair, maintain, and calibrate electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plant to optimize reliability and maintainability.
  • Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship - Essential.
  • 18th Edition - Essential.
  • Testing and Inspection Qualification - Desirable.
