Community Psychiatric Care Professional

We are seeking a Community Psychiatric Care Professional to join our Crisis Assessment Unit (CAU) at St Thomas' Hospital.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the care and well-being of adults experiencing acute mental health difficulties while hospitalized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adults in crisis, using a biopsychosocial approach
- Collaborate with patients, carers, and healthcare staff to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Work effectively with acute hospital colleagues and other partner agencies to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Mental Health Nurse or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of research-based/reflective practice and evidence-based care delivery
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
