About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Lounge in Bromley. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our talented chefs in delivering high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in maintaining a clean and well-organised kitchen environment
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality dishes are delivered to our customers
  • Contribute to the maintenance of high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
  • Strong knowledge of best practice on all things allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety
