Job Overview
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an experienced Family Therapist to join our CAMHS service in Flintshire and Wrexham (East). The successful candidate will have a main base and work across our other base, as needed, alongside our other senior Family Therapist.
This is a full-time, permanent post with relocation packages available.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality family therapy to children, young people, and families experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Lead and develop our systemic and family therapy offer across East CAMHS.
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and lead on training and professional development for staff.
- Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in family therapy and systemic practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desirable: ability to speak Welsh.
