We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Early Years Practitioner to join our team as a nursery bank staff. As a bank staff, you will be placed in various settings across Crawley, working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will have the flexibility to choose your desired location and work schedule, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking for a flexible role.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the early years settings, working where required, to ensure the environment is safe and the children are well cared for.
- Assist the other nursery staff in setting up and tidying the room, playing with the children, and completing tasks as needed.
- Be hands-on and willing to help out in the setting, demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner or unqualified nursery assistants with recent relevant experience.
- Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with Early Years.
