The Role

As a key member of our Reception team, you will provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. You will work closely with our team of Receptionists to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, using your problem-solving skills to resolve any guest queries. Your ability to build relationships and provide a personalized experience will be essential in delivering a truly memorable stay for our guests.
