Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Life Coach to join our team at Job Linkup. As a Life Coach, you will work closely with clients to identify their goals and challenges, develop personalized action plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct coaching sessions with clients to understand their needs and aspirations.
  • Develop and implement tailored coaching plans that align with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and client progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance coaching programs and services.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A certified Life Coach with experience in coaching or a related field is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients is crucial.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
