Job Description

Venn Group are partnered with a long-standing East Midlands firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in South Leicestershire. As a Conveyance Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters.
  • Act on matters such as sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Assist junior team members with ad-hoc advice.

Requirements:
  • Solicitor, CILEX, CLC, or Fee Earner with over 2 years' PQE.
  • Noticeable experience within a conveyancing department.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
