Your role as a Transformation Expert:

You will oversee engagements to transform clients' businesses throughout a programme's lifecycle, from shaping propositions in the pre-sales cycle to providing advisory services and delivering programmes.

You will collaborate with new and existing clients across various industries, focusing on large-scale business and IT change within SAP programmes and sales that drive complex new business or significant operational improvements.

You will be the primary contact for executive managers and stakeholders at our clients, taking a key role in board-level governance, often chairing or co-chairing steering group and programme board meetings.

Your skills and experience:

  • Act as a transformation director on large SAP transformation programmes, particularly during the design phase, examining end-to-end business processes and benefits enabled by S4 Hana.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with customers to influence CxOs and serve as the primary contact for executive managers and stakeholders at our clients.
  • Show the ability to work in both sales and delivery environments, displaying high levels of innovation and agility.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to shape and deliver an up-front discovery phase of an S4 Hana programme, including the development of a business case and roadmap.
  • Able to act as an End-to-End Business/solution architect in solution business-led transformation deals.
  • Manage complexity and have detailed knowledge of the processes used on projects.
  • Understand the SAP market and competition, as well as the ability to shape a deal.
  • Built high-performing teams capable of flexible, hybrid remote working models.

To be appointed to this role, you'll undergo necessary checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, though further checks might be required if you've resided outside the UK in the last 3 years. Additional criteria and checks apply for BPSS, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
