As a Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for assisting therapeutic carer colleagues and managers in meeting the needs of children. You will help children manage challenging behaviors and conflicted emotions, collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to achieve agreed outcomes for each child, and provide meaningful living, relating, and learning experiences.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who have some prior experience in a similar role, are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives, and are willing to undertake comprehensive training and professional development. The right to work in the UK full time is also required.
