We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe's Ruskington site on the afternoon shift. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality production and packaging of our snacking products, including Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites, and seasonal products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required standards and customer specifications. This will involve manual handling tasks, working on production lines, and meeting production targets while adhering to Company policies, H&S, and Food Safety Standards.
We offer a competitive rate of pay and overtime paid at premium rates. The contract type is full-time permanent, with a shift pattern of working 5 out of 7 days per week on a rolling shift pattern with Sunday as your permanent rest day.
Key requirements for the role include:
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills
- Positive thinking and self-motivation
- Ability to use own initiative
