We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Engineering Technician to join our team at Circle Health Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a Current Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card at an appropriate level of qualification.
  • Hold a City & Guilds Part 3, ONC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Have a time served apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline.
  • Be proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing routine and specialized engineering maintenance and breakdown support to a specific hospital site. They will also provide competent technical, health, safety, and environmental support and assistance as required, and act as an exemplar of company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work at any Circle Health Group Hospital within the cluster to cover for engineering absence or to supplement labor.
  • Ability to attend meetings, provide specialist advice or service to site, and ensure continued effective operational coverage.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide training, mentoring, and hands-on assistance to additional site-based technicians or engineering assistants.
