Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
You will be responsible for following individual care plans, assisting with personal care, and supporting clients with medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and develop your skills and knowledge as part of a close-knit team. We offer competitive pay rates, including £12.00 per hour during weekdays and £12.50 per hour on weekends, plus mileage reimbursement.
