Software Developer - PHP, JavaScript, and Python

Location: Remote with occasional meetings in the Liverpool area

Level: Junior to Mid Level

Som-3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join their growing team. The software will simplify complex business processes using AI-driven automation.

The tech stack includes PHP with Symfony, JavaScript, Python, and MySQL/MariaDB.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Write clean, efficient code using PHP (Symfony framework), JavaScript, and Python.
  2. Work with SQL databases to manage and optimize data flow and handle reporting.
  3. Participate in integrating AI technologies for intelligent business automation.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve platform performance.
  5. Contribute ideas for new features and AI-driven improvements.

Your technical background:

  1. Solid foundation in PHP and JavaScript.
  2. Familiarity with Symfony framework (or willingness to learn quickly).
  3. Basic understanding of SQL.
  4. Basic understanding of Linux.
  5. Interest in AI and machine learning applications in business automation.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.

This role will predominantly be remote with occasional meetings in the Liverpool area.
