About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at the John Lewis Partnership. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
