Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Client and Counselling Support Agent to join our team at Lombard House, Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to our clients, working closely with our counselling team to ensure they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients
- Assist with daily tasks and activities
- Collaborate with the counselling team to develop and implement client care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports
