Job Summary

As an Ultrasound Technician at Wynne Consulting, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing ultrasound transducers. Your responsibilities will include carrying out preventative maintenance, evaluating and fault-finding transducers, and performing level 1 repairs. You will also provide expert advice and support to internal and external customers, produce administrative reports, and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventative maintenance across the UK in line with customer contracts
  • Evaluate and fault find ultrasound transducers
  • Perform level 1 repairs on transducers, including lens replacements, strain relief replacements, cable repairs, and case & connector refurbishment
  • Provide expert advice and support to internal and external customers
  • Produce detailed administrative reports of maintenance activities for internal and external customers
  • Support service engineers with ad-hoc service repairs
  • Deliver and collect loan equipment from customer sites
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers
  • Report all activities in a timely manner
  • Review and update the Maintenance Schedule
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving the Management System, adhering to ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO13485 requirements
  • Strive to sustain and improve environmental best practices in line with Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
  • Ensure adherence to Company Health and Safety Policy, promoting a safe working environment

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
