Senior Operations Manager

Necto Search and Selection is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations professional to join a growing NI Construction Contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, commercial considerations, and risk management.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure the delivery of the National Electrical Framework Contract.
- Lead and manage the project team, setting weekly agendas and individual targets for each team member.
- Ensure all project milestones are met and project deadlines are delivered.
- Manage the commercial performance of the entire project, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Develop solutions to reduce risk and ensure maximum efficiency of processes and staff.
- Strong commercial acumen and risk management skills.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
