Overview

As a key player in our client's continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced account manager to join their growing team. With significant investment in the business, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact.

This role requires someone with a sound knowledge of the print industry, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, delivering advice and solutions to their problems, and ensuring timely communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular, meaningful, and timely communication.
  • Work with clients in a proactive, consultative manner, delivering advice and solutions to their problems.
  • Interpret clients' specifications and provide quotations in a timely manner or against pre-agreed SLAs.
  • Use an MIS system to create works instructions, brief internal teams, and own projects from start to finish to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Liaise with multiple suppliers to source project-related collateral, which involves requesting quotes, raising POs, and placing orders.
  • Accurately invoice all projects being managed.
  • Handle customer queries/complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure any client or in-house monthly SLAs & KPIs are achieved.
  • Attend meetings with internal teams and clients as required.
  • Provide cover for other members of the client services team.

Working Hours and Benefits

We offer a 40-hour week, 9am-5pm, with one hour for lunch. Our benefits package includes a company pension scheme, full training and support, and 23 days' holiday per year.

Salary

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an account manager with a sound knowledge of the print industry.
  • Client-focused attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret client specifications, briefs, and artwork.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good IT and computer skills.
