About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join our team as an Early Years Assistant Lead - Primary School Setting. This role involves supporting students across year groups, leading small group sessions, and delivering engaging lessons to help each child thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students, working closely with teachers and other support staff.
  • Lead small group sessions, developing personalized plans and facilitating student engagement.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a genuine passion for education, commitment to helping every child succeed, and meet the following requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent
