Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Architectural Design Professional to join our team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the design and development of projects from initial concept through to detailed design, planning, and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of projects from initial concept through to detailed design, planning, and construction phases.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentations using CAD, BIM, and other design software.
  • Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetic, and meet client requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, providing input and assisting in resolving design and technical issues.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are being executed according to design specifications and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications, technical documentation, and construction detailing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Recent qualification as an Architect, registered with a relevant architectural board or institution.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
