Job Description
About the Role
As a Care Assistant with our organization, you'll be responsible for providing daily care and support to our clients. Your duties will include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with medication and completing practical tasks like shopping and housework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring clients' physical and emotional needs are met
- Help clients manage medications and maintain healthy lifestyles
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients. No prior experience in social care is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.
