Job Description
We are seeking experienced police officers to join our Warrant and Performance Unit, which is responsible for enforcing warrants, conducting surveillance operations, and analyzing data to prevent crime.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of performing under pressure, building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and using analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
Key Responsibilities- Enforce warrants and conduct surveillance operations to prevent crime and disorder;
- Collaborate with other agencies to gather intelligence and share best practices;
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and inform policing strategies;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
- Perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
To be eligible, you must be a serving police officer with no current performance or conduct concerns, and satisfy all relevant eligibility criteria and pre-employment checks.
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
