About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill this key position, which involves managing the finance function, supervising a team, and overseeing various critical tasks. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate accounting books and records, managing the accounts department, producing timely financial reports and returns, and streamlining order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay cycles.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ownership and management of accounting books and records
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the accounts department
  • Producing financial reports and returns
  • Ensuring order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay cycle flows smoothly
  • Processing payroll, stock adjustments, and monitoring variances
  • Producing management accounts, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • Coordinating year-end audit and preparing files
