About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Consultant to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our corporate teams.

Your primary focus will be on resolving customer enquiries related to reward matters and delivering global and/or UK reward processes. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to proactively maintain documentation, implement approved changes, and continuously seek improvements to deliver effective and efficient reward support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operations for Reward and manage own performance delivery
  • Deliver a HR customer service focused on the resolution of inquiries regarding HR policies, process and procedure via JLR's internal query management system
  • Ensure JLR has appropriate access to market data and uses it in a consistent manner across UK and Europe, when providing market data analysis and establishing the Recruitment ranges
  • Support the internal grading process through evaluating roles which require assessment and Support Reward key processes such as recruitment, stand-in and downgrading
  • Support and coordination of the annual compensation planning programme, including the pay negs when appropriate
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in HR Customer Service role at a similar level
  • Ability to deliver results consistently in a fast-paced HR contact Centre
  • A good level of Excel knowledge
  • Outstanding analytical understanding and expertise, with close attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task a high personal workload, balancing delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail and hands on delivery
