Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary, with potential earnings exceeding £40,000 per annum. Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and recruiting skilled professionals to meet their needs. A good understanding of customer service principles, written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and effective time management are essential for this role. Although prior technical IT knowledge is not required, training will be provided on the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A background in customer service or sales, preferably in membership sales, account management, charity, direct marketing, door-to-door sales, financial services, or call centre environments.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
