Join Our Team as a Bank Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet. As a Bank Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts at our services across the East Midlands, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

About the Role

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users, helping them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support, and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and encouragement to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, including administering medication and providing personal care
  • Report on medical and welfare needs, ensuring that service users receive the best possible care
  • Safeguard service users from harm, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
