**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Employment Paralegal to join our team at a leading City firm. As a key member of our highly-ranked employment team, you will manage your own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion. Your responsibilities will include drafting risk assessments, compiling disclosure, drafting witness statements, and preparing for final hearings.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drafting and preparing tribunal documents, including risk assessments and witness statements
* Compiling disclosure and preparing for final hearings
* Managing a busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion
* Collaborating with the employment team to achieve case objectives

**Requirements**

* Previous experience as an Employment Paralegal representing Respondents in employment tribunal litigation is essential
* Strong knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedures
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
