Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of cleaning operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure cleaning standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and client feedback.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
