Job Title: Data Analysis Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis Assistant to join our team at Times Higher Education. As a Data Analysis Assistant, you will play a crucial role in verifying data from institutions worldwide and ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify data from institutions in various time zones, requiring occasional early or late starts for client calls.
  • Maintain records of data validation activities and collaborate with Data Supervisors, Data Editors, and other teams to escalate or resolve data issues.
  • Meet data validation targets and provide support for data queries and administrative tasks.
  • Foster institution engagement in rankings and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Fluent (both written and verbal) in Arabic.
  • Professional and clear communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Customer support experience and data entry skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
