Job Title: Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our Out-patient/Community Teams, you will work with patients who have long-term conditions, providing assessment, treatment, and management of communication and swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and treat adult patients with communication and swallowing difficulties, specifically those with long-term conditions, such as MND and Dysfluency.
  2. Provide highly specialist intervention to all adult patients referred for communication and/or swallowing problems, evaluating outcomes and leading videofluoroscopy assessment clinics.
  3. Work in accordance with Croydon Health Services Consent to Treatment policy and demonstrate clinical expertise in assessment, treatment, and management of adult patients.
