About the Role
We're looking for a Store Assistant to join our team at Toolstation in Darlington. As a Store Assistant, you'll be the face of our store, making a fantastic first impression and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a great customer experience
- Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assisting with tasks such as picking items from the warehouse and putting orders together

- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering great customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the team
