Opportunity for a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our School Therapy Team at The Children's Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, young people, and families accessing our services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy assessment and intervention to children and young people with neurodisabilities and neurodevelopmental concerns. You will work within a multidisciplinary and multi-agency setting, promoting outcome-focused interventions, safe care, function, and participation of children and young people accessing home, school, and community life.
Requirements
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce. You will be exceptionally organized with a high-level of attention to detail, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organization.
About the Role
This role will require you to support children and young people with communication needs, speech, and language difficulties, eating and drinking, and tracheostomy care at a highly specialist level. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our service users.
