Job Description: We are seeking a talented Performance Metrics Developer to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). In this role, you will lead the analysis and interpretation of complex datasets to support the Adult Social Care directorate in decision-making and service delivery improvement. Key responsibilities include producing high-quality performance reports, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs, and developing data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights. About the Role: As a Lead Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Adult Social Care directorate to provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making and improve service delivery. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will be critical in ensuring compliance with statutory returns, including the Client Level Data (CLD) return. Key responsibilities include producing performance reports, providing analytical support for improvement projects, and developing data models and dashboards to deliver actionable insights. Experience in implementing self-service data culture and a passion for using data to drive positive change are valuable assets.

Skills and Qualifications: A proven track record in data analysis, preferably within a local authority or public sector setting, is necessary. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and a commitment to improving services and outcomes for adults in our community are required. Additionally, experience in implementing self-service data culture and a passion for using data to drive positive change are valuable assets.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
