Job Description

This freelance role involves undertaking Workplace Needs Assessments for individuals with various challenges, including neurodiverse conditions, health issues, or unique work requirements. The successful candidate will have experience working with attention deficit disorder (ADHD), autism, menopause, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia.

Requirements
  • A supportive and flexible approach to working with people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc.
  • Good knowledge of common Assistive Technology software, including Read & Write, Dragon, and Mindview.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence.
Working Arrangements

This freelance role is based in Bristol, Manchester, or London, and requires a registered Umbrella/LTD company. Working days are Monday to Wednesday.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
