Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Engineer and Service Technician to join our team at PHS Group Ltd. As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our customers by delivering exceptional service and maintenance to fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in commercial properties, including banks, schools, and retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fire alarm systems and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Good level of IT literacy.
  • Full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evening and night shifts to support customer requirements.
