Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account management plans, operational programmes, and PPM Planners to ensure successful service delivery.
- Lead a cohesive, cost-effective team to deliver the contract under your control, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
- Oversee all day-to-day management, control, coordination, and execution of all operations under your control, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project/minor works, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality levels.
- Ensure compliance with client expectations, organisational goals, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Provide professional oversight of all works to ensure satisfactory quality levels and client satisfaction.
- Ensure the availability of a 24-hour per day, 365 days per year emergency on-call service as required.
- Effectively source and utilise materials and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with other Account/Contract Managers to ensure consistency of best practice, standards, and processes.
- Identify training needs for your teams and ensure the performance management of subordinates, implementing CPD as necessary.
- Monitor and report accurately on progress, budget, risks, and associated mitigation actions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth, long-term relationships with budget holders, decision makers, and sponsors to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and developments in operational and facilities management.
- Sound technical knowledge of facilities and building services.
- Liaise with the FM helpdesk and Client helpdesk on related work.
- Demonstrate sound contract management capability and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent computer/IT skills and proven knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Encourage the team to create solutions that add value to the customer and business.
- Develop the team's capability through giving constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Measure performance of the team in areas of productivity, quality, and delivery for both internal and external customers.
