Literacy Mentor

We are seeking a talented Literacy Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a top graduate with strong English foundation to contribute to the academic success of our students.

As a Literacy Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students' literacy skills, providing targeted interventions to help them excel in their studies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering tailored literacy programs to meet the needs of individual students
• Working closely with teachers to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for success
• Providing one-to-one support to students, focusing on literacy, comprehension, and exam preparation
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting on interventions

The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree in English or a related field from a top 30 UK university. You will possess strong communication skills, a passion for English language and literature, and a patient, approachable attitude towards supporting student success.

This role offers a competitive weekly pay of £480-£550, hands-on experience in a secondary school setting, and opportunities for professional development and progression in education.
