The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager with extensive clinical leadership expertise. You will have a genuine passion for nursing, drive to manage a team, and enthusiasm to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge. Your ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families will be essential in delivering excellent resident care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager with clinical nursing leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Oversee daily unit management, allocating duties to staff members.
  • Maintain supervisory oversight of care practices to guarantee consistent provision of superior care.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager in recruitment, retention, and performance-related matters.
  • Contribute to budget management, resource allocation, duty rota creation, and skill mix planning.
