Salary: £11.44 per hour.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stockroom Replenishment Specialist in Bangor, Wales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the shop floor stock levels by replenishing products in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lift and move stock from warehouse to shop floor efficiently
  2. Unpack products accurately and replenish stock on shelves
  3. Maintain visually appealing displays to enhance customer experience
  4. Ensure good housekeeping standards are met at all times
  5. Separate packaging waste and dispose of it according to store requirements
  6. Verify product matches shelf labels and is priced correctly
  7. Familiarize yourself with RMS / Client health and safety regulations
  8. Assist customers with locating products
  9. Complete tasks efficiently and to deadlines

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results
  2. Show attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
  3. Be able to work as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
  4. Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  5. Follow detailed work processes consistently
  6. Possess good communication skills at all levels
  7. Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
