Business Development Partner Team Leader

At BSI, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner Team Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development, configuration, implementation, and management of sales support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Global BDP Leader and working closely with key stakeholders, namely the commercial and delivery teams.
- Responsibility for the line management of the UK/EMEA BDP team and all of their sales support activities to the Regulatory Services/Medical Devices Business Development Teams.
- Responsibility for leading the development, configuration, implementation, and management of sales support processes.
- Accountability for oversight of sales support activities, client service, and management of assigned BDP Team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership and/or line management of staff.
- Ability to coach and effectively develop talented individuals and to address underperformance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, internally and externally and at all levels.
- Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to complete tasks, e.g., Salesforce.
