  • Monitor key data and statistics relating to projects and utilize data for informed decision making
  • Manage performance and ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in operations or general management within a fast-paced construction-related project management business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of business operations and best practices
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Previous experience in roles such as Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager
  • Knowledge and experience in steel fabrications would be advantageous but not essential
