Email Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Executive to join our Digital team at ScS Upholstery plc. This exciting opportunity will involve delivering first-party customer communications, with a focus on email marketing.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute a customer communication strategy, creating best-in-class email campaigns that drive growth throughout the acquisition funnel and remove friction from the post-purchase funnel.

  • Develop and maintain data-driven email campaigns, including weekly newsletters, triggered campaigns, and automated email journeys
  • Deconstruct the customer journey to identify key touchpoints and develop communication plans to drive growth
  • Analyse channel performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Champion first-party data and educate stakeholders on eCRM objectives and benefits
Requirements
  • Creative problem-solver with a data-driven approach
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for data and new models to guide activity
  • Meticulous attention to detail and experience in email marketing, ideally within retail or e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with email and audience builds, customer segmentation, and omni-channel organisations
  • Basic understanding of GDPR and HTML experience preferable
