Dairy Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dairy Technician to join our team at our Frome and Huntley depots. As a Dairy Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and first-time fixes of milking plant breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, install, and attend breakdowns of milking equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of milking parlours.
• Carry out installation work as needed.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organised work environment.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Represent the company in a positive manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Background in mechanics with a focus on electrical work.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
• Highly organised, flexible, and adaptable to changing tasks and situations.
• Attention to customer requirements and detail.
• Team player.
• Must possess a full UK driving licence.
