New Home Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Gleeson Homes. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales advice to our clients, working towards sales targets and administration of the sales process.
The ideal candidate will have experience within new homes sales or property sales, be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. They will also be a team player, encouraging their team and themselves to succeed.
Main Responsibilities:
• Achieve target sales
• Meet with clients, assess their needs and qualify
• Price negotiation
• Liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)
• Customer follow-up
Administration:
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain the customer enquiry database
• Record customer details at reservation
• Complete and distribute all documentation as required
