Senior Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our Community Outpatient Team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our consultants in various specialties.
As a Senior Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, promoting nutritional needs, and assisting in the recovery and recuperation of patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including consultants, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
Our Community Outpatient Team provides professional care to patients from the start to the end of their outpatient appointments. We risk assess all patients and provide tailored care to meet their individual needs. We are proud of the service we provide and welcome new clinics regularly.

Working PatternThis role involves working one role per week and a second role as hours, Monday to Friday. Long days from 8- and earlies and lates depending on clinic cover needs. We do not work weekends or Bank holidays.
