Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing retail team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Create and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to maintain operational excellence.
- Develop and implement in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Manage retail point-of-sale software and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
