Lanpro is seeking a highly skilled Senior Historic Environment Specialist to join our team in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in archaeology and heritage, with experience working on major development projects.

The role involves providing consultancy advice, producing and managing the production of desk-based assessments and heritage statements. You will also advise and work closely with other members of the wider Lanpro team across disciplines.

We are looking for commercially aware, talented and motivated individuals who are keen to take on new challenges and provide solid and consistent advice to our clients. Developing business as part of the company's overall growth strategy both regionally and nationally will be central to the roles.

You will have an enthusiastic, independent and proactive attitude to your work and excellent understanding of relevant local and national planning policy and legislation. Experience at public inquiry level is desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career on major development projects. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-profile projects, including large-scale residential, commercial and renewable energy schemes. You will also have the chance to develop business and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
