About the Role

As a Clinical Leadership Consultant, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care pathways that prioritize patient-centered, emotionally-focused interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide active senior nurse leadership across inpatient services for individuals with complex emotional needs, ensuring alignment with NICE guidelines and structured clinical management principles.
  • Expert Clinical Risk Management: Develop and oversee clinical protocols for managing complex emotional and psychological risks, including acute emotional distress, self-harm, and suicidality.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Lead initiatives across service boundaries, facilitating effective communication between inpatient, outpatient, and primary care providers.
  • Clinical Supervision and Mentorship: Provide expert guidance on managing complex emotional and psychological needs, fostering professional development through advanced training.
