Job Summary:

The Remedy Recruitment Group Ltd/ TA Remedy Medical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to join our team. As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the Innovation and Personalisation and Older People's portfolios, focusing on the delivery of homecare provision and other adult care-related projects.

About the Role:

The Commissioning Manager will be expected to support the work of the Lead Commissioners and focus on the delivery of homecare provision and other adult care-related projects. The role will involve working closely with the Lead Commissioners, Commissioning Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the work of the Lead Commissioners and focus on the delivery of homecare provision and other adult care-related projects.
  • Work closely with the Lead Commissioners, Commissioning Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective commissioning strategies to meet the needs of service users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on commissioning and procurement matters.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including service providers, community groups, and other external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commissioning and procurement in the adult care sector.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
